SilverCloud Health Accessibility Statement –March 2021

At SilverCloud Health we believe in effective mental healthcare for all. We are committed to making sure our digital platform is accessible to all who need it.

We aim to:

  • Build an accessible website that can be used by the broadest range of people with diverse requirements.
  • Consider the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines as we develop SilverCloud.
  • Ensure that content is available in many varieties, (such as text versions for images, transcripts for videos and audios, and alternative document versions of interactive tools).

Regularly measure SilverCloud using a number of methods, such as browser plugins, automatic site auditing tools and external vendor assessments. This approach helps ensure that accessibility will be maintained and improved as SilverCloud develops and as technology evolves. We view our overall site and platform as meeting Level AA conformance, while recognising that some pages may have occasional accessibility errors. If you see any errors, or have other suggestions on how we can further improve the accessibility of our site, please contact us at technicalassistance@silvercloudhealth.com.
