ADHD Programme

The ADHD programme has been designed to help individuals, 16+ years to better understand their diagnosis using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). The programme will guide and support individuals to improve their organisation, attention, and problem-solving skills and better understand and manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.   

Programme Goals:

Supporting a Child with ADHD 

The Supporting a Child With ADHD programme has been designed for parents, caregivers, and guardians who are looking to support their children, ages six to 12 who have been diagnosed with ADHD or are waiting for an ADHD assessment for their child who is displaying symptoms.
