Douglas has a wealth of experience developing Healthcare Services spanning the Private, Charity and Public Sectors. This ranges from, sitting as an Advisor on Trustee Boards, to managing National and International projects, to running local voluntary services and managing large NHS contracts. Doug’s work in the Public Sector includes working for NHS England on the Regional Performance Team to deliver wider NHS targets, and working alongside the IST team to improve the regional delivery of IAPT targets.

As Head of Psychological Therapies for Rethink Mental Illness, Doug had responsibility for six Rethink run IAPT services in England, managing a 10 million budget and ensuring they delivered to commissioning contracts and that the services were compliant with the National IAPT targets. This included the development of robust local management structures and policies to ensure patient and staff safety and working with the IAPT services to identify training needs and commission appropriate courses to deliver the services objectives. He also led as the Head of Performance for ELFT on the implementation of SilverCloud® by Amwell® across 4 service including the IAPT demonstration site at Newham.

Doug has extensive business development experience and has led on successful bids to County Councils, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Government Departments, Trusts and the National Lottery.

Steve is the Service Development Lead for the Adult Community Division in Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Trust. Prior to this he has held roles as a Clinical lead in NHS Talking Therapies, a CBT Therapist, a Joint Commissioning Manager and a Specialist Nurse in Substance Misuse. He has a strong interest in the development of digital pathways in clinical services and career pathways in psychological therapies. In recent times he has been involved in introducing wellbeing focused cCBT interventions into secondary care mental health teams.

Judith Chapman is a clinical services consultant. For three years as Clinical Service Manager (IAPT)  and eleven as Clinical Director at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BHNFT), she lead on the design, implementation and delivery of a large change programme to optimise operational performance to deliver a high quality, single point of access service across Berkshire. During her tenure, BHNFT was selected for and accredited by the Global Digital Exemplar (GDE) programme and was rated as Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) noting it had “continued to build on its innovation as a global exemplar”.
