We work with healthcare providers – including NHS mental health services for children and young people, local authorities and private providers – to help address mental health and wellbeing needs among children and young people.​

Our mental health services for children and young people include a growing suite of digital programmes with tools for young people and their carers to understand and manage anxiety and depression. We involved young people, parents, schools and therapists in the design and co-production of a digital mental health and wellbeing programme to deal with anxiety in children. The content is based on NICE Guidance using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - an effective way to reduce anxiety symptoms. The programmes are accessible online when needed. Young people and their carers work through content at their own pace. A human supporter guides the person through the programme, answering any questions they have.
