Almost 15 million Americans have an alcohol use disorder, according to the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, with 95,000 deaths each year resulting from excessive alcohol consumption, according to the CDC. The Alcohol Program encourages individuals to take a look at their relationship with alcohol, reflect on their drinking patterns, and determine if they want to reduce or eliminate alcohol using Motivational Enhancement Theory (MET) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques in a confidential, judgement-free space.
This program breaks down barriers for individuals who feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable taking the first step. Delivering a digital and on-demand program allows individuals to access help whenever and wherever they want.
The Alcohol Program is available in English.
Our digital programs are available on demand, 24/7.
