Sleep plays an incredibly vital role in your overall wellbeing. Unfortunately, many people experience insufficient sleep due to various factors such as sleep disorders, medical conditions, and poor mental health. According to the Sleep Foundation, adults between 18 and 64 years old need seven to nine hours of sleep per night while adults over 65 years old need seven to eight hours. With that said, 35.2% of all adults in the United States report sleeping on average for less than seven hours per night.
Our Insomnia and Sleep Issues program is designed to help individuals relieve their symptoms of insomnia and other sleeping problems. The program is broken into multiple easy to approach modules that people can access at their convenience.
The Insomnia and Sleep Issues program is available in English and Spanish.
