    This privacy notice gives some extra information about data processing on the SilverCloud platform. If you use the SilverCloud platform as a client or supporter, please also refer to the "privacy notice" available on the platform.

    Sub-processors (Europe)

    We use third party sub-processors to host the SilverCloud platform and communicate with you.

    Armor

    We use Amazon Web Services to store encrypted backups and send email notifications.

    29 March 2019 – Clarify locations of processing within Europe; Use term "privacy notice" consistently.

    Note on UK leaving EU

    When it becomes clear that the UK will leave the EU with no deal or will leave on terms that puts the UK outside the scope of GDPR, SilverCloud will move its EU customer data to a site in the EU within three weeks of the this clarification, ideally based on a statement from the Irish government or the EU. SilverCloud has not yet put this migration plan into action.
