Katie Young, Ph.D., Principal Digital Health Scientist at Amwell®
Katie joined Amwell® as a Principal Digital Health Scientist in 2021. She has a doctorate in Psychiatry from Oxford University and research experience both as a postdoc at UCLA and as a lecturer at King’s College London. Katie’s research interests focus broadly around the mechanisms of interventions for anxiety and depression, particularly for young people. At SilverCloud® by Amwell, Katie is leading research on our newer Children and Young People’s programmes and is passionate about improving understanding and optimising effectiveness of digital mental health interventions for young people.
