To reduce anxiety symptoms and generally improve overall quality of life, the Space from Anxiety programme applies the principles of CBT, providing participants with psychoeducation, and a range of skill-based strategies to help them learn to better understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
The Space from Depression programme has been designed to relieve the symptoms of depression by helping participants identify negative thoughts and develop more flexible ways of thinking.
The programme also encourages individuals to develop an awareness and understanding of their emotions, while increasing activity and motivation in their daily lives.

Generalised Anxiety Disorder tends to be chronic in nature, therefore significantly impacting one’s quality of life. Using CBT, individuals can learn to better understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and learn how to make positive changes relating to their anxiety.
Programs typically have 8-10 modules and it is recommended that you complete one module per week. Each module can take up to an hour to complete, which can be done in a single or several brief sessions at your convenience.

Within each program, we will introduce a number of tools proven to help better manage symptoms. Some of our user’s favorite tools include the mood monitor, journal, breathing exercises and the CBT cycle.
